Helping employees create an inclusive environment at work and at home

WORKSHOPS

We offer two workshops to corporates, in multiple formats, which can be between 60-90 minutes in length depending on your needs:

Preparing Parents and Carers to Create LGBTQ+ Inclusive Homes 

How do you create a positive environment around being LGBTQ+ at home, both to make LGBTQ+ kids feel accepted and to make all kids more accepting? How do you talk to young people about issues around sexuality and gender? After a child comes out, how can you support them and how can you help yourself process it?

Formats available: in-person, virtual and hybrid.

Introducing LGBTQ+ Inclusion in the Workplace: Language and Allyship 

What’s the right and wrong thing to say? How does it feel to navigate the workplace and wider world as a sexual or gender minority? What can everyone personally do to make LGBTQ+ people feel fully welcome at work? 

Formats available: in-person and hybrid. Owing to the sensitive nature of the content, we don’t deliver this session purely virtually.

PRICING

Corporates can expect to pay upwards of £3,000 for a workshop, including preparation and follow-up, with the cost depending on the number of attendees, length of session and level of bespoke input for your organisation.
